The bed is very comfortable, the location just a walking distance from Hera mall Limited parking, might have to park a cross road if the parking in front of the hotel are full

Nice location close to mosques and shopping centers. Booking site said there would be cribs and staff member said they had cribs they could offer but didn't find any after we paid them. They did not care. Staff didn't fulfill their promise of finding cribs. We booked 2 rooms. They weren't as clean as we had hoped. Stains on the carpet and smell of smoke. They have smoking rooms right next to nonsmoking rooms. They should be on separate floors but they're right next to each other. Overall, not a good choice for someone with a family or kids.

Only the location The bed was not made at all, we were 3 people staying in the room but were provided with one towel. We were not provided with towels even though we requested them repeatedly until at last we were. Filthy carpets, dismissive staff and the shower door didn't close, flooding the toilet when used,

The food was good. I just prefer that while having breakfast I'm seeing the view outside. So, you might want to consider putting tables near the windows. The room is not sound proof. I heard noises and voices from the corridor as well as from the adjacent room.
