The location and the price are good. Also, the staff are very friendly. Little bit old , the refrigerator is not working and there is no microwave.

* The room was spacious and comfortable. * Very good value for money. * Every time I enter the room, I have to visit the reception desk to reactivate or update the room key card. * The furniture appears outdated and has not been renovated for a long time. * Even the electrical outlets are of an old type and not convenient for modern devices. * The television is very old and should be upgraded to a newer model. * When entering the parking area, I have to provide my room number to the security guard before being allowed in, despite already having a hotel access card. A more efficient access system would improve the guest experience.

The range of options that you get along with your preferred room e.g swimming pool, gym, breakfast buffet, parking in basement and cafe etc Light in the rooms is dim and rates could be more cheaper considering the building is turning old now

The location is right in the centre of the city, with hotel being accessible from both sides of the road. Rooms are spacious with bathtub shower and the breakfast buffet offers excellent variety of food. Plus the free gym, kids pool and adults pool is a bonus. The cleanliness can be improved further

Location and price Staff are not professional they take long time to answer the phone or sometimes even they don’t answer and when they answer they don’t do what ever we ask for And the street side room was very noisy
