Hospitality Cleanliness of the room. There was a lash that was left from previous guests. Also, blood stain on the curtains. Seeing this made me question the overall cleanliness of the place

Excellent stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and offered great value for money. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Red Sea Mall with plenty of great shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and professional, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Special thanks to Lama at reception for making my early check-in possible and ensuring a fast check-in process. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The Location The main issue was the shower. The water temperature kept changing unexpectedly from cold to very hot without any adjustment on my part. In addition, many of the room fixtures, such as the hangers and sink, were installed quite high and seemed more suitable for very tall guests.

* Connected to the mall. * Supermarket nearby. * Spacious room size. * Comfortable pillows. * Very slow check-in; the room was not ready upon arrival. * Room cleanliness was below expectations despite the wait. * Significant delay in luggage delivery. * Water leaked through the window during rain. * Damaged metal strip created a safety hazard and tore my husband’s shoe. * Several maintenance and finishing issues throughout the room. * The room layout was not practical due to a large column occupying valuable space.

The late check in although I came on the check in time but it takes long time to prepare the room

Front desk office needs to be more trained They are ok but for better performance

Location In the mall don’t need transportation .liked the view and spacious rooms and staff friendly and hospitality When calling services like reception, housekeeping ,or room service , etc. no answer need to call duty manager or go to reception by yourself

The hotel was clean and well located. easy access to attractions and restaurants Spacious rooms Quiet atmosphere The check-in process took longer than expected. We had to wait nearly two hours for our room to be ready, even though I had informed the hotel of my arrival time in advance.
