The service here really stands out from their customer support on the phone to the reception team to the wellness center services, I loved my stay here and I’m genuinely glad that I chose this place to celebrate my birthday !

Shangri-la Jeddah in one of my favorite hotel in the region, I used the meeting rooms for work but this weekend was the first time I stayed in the hotel. I really loved it! Location is great, the property is stunning but the staff makes it very special from Ahmad from front desk to the housekeeping team, the waiters from the ocean front restaurant. everyone really enjoy your presence and give undivided attention.

Open buffet for breakfast and lunch could be much better. Just improve open buffet variety.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Their attentiveness to even the smallest details was remarkable, and their kindness created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The level of hospitality was outstanding and made our stay truly unforgettable. What stood out most was the perfect combination of location, exceptional staff, and overall attention to detail. The property is beautifully situated, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of high-quality options, and the level of cleanliness throughout was impeccable. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive, and the services provided made the entire stay seamless and truly enjoyable.

The location The food in room service was bad quality in all all the hotel didn’t stand out as a 5 star experience

Location and views. Unparalleled. Room next door was full of human as devices noise. Music in full volume, conversations in full volume and even intercourse in full moaning volume. Cigarette smell stinking from room next door, it’s not only poor isolation but also poor insulation design and execution. The maximum I got after two complaints was two cup of tea that I refused and left the hotel.

Very nice and cozy, the staff were amazing especially Ahmed at reception The room wasn’t very clean, the closet’s floor was dusty and the floor under the table had crumbles. Otherwise, everything else was perfect
