Location was good Washroom dirty with standing water,staff non cooperative. At time of checkout they somehow recalled that they charged me only 4 SAR LESS, so they asked me pay again. Highly incompetent staff especially at reception All are advised to dont waste ur time on this hostel. Its value for NOTHING

Room Space Noisey - There was some kind of a renovation beside my room which cause a very bad headach. Smoke smell all the day ?? level of cleaning is not appropriate

The receptionist was nice and helpful, and he upgraded my room to sweet. The location is near from everywhere. The bathroom was sooo small 1m width, included sink and toilet seat and a shower!! The shower give me hard time, low pressure and no continuous hot water. The elevator was sooo slow. Not enough parking. The locations of the electric plugs not very helpful. The carier have 1attitude. Smelly passageway. Kind of old
