The location and design is great. Available parking, staff are nice, the manager Mustafa was supportive. All my requests were fulfilled. The bathroom slip to be changed to rubber not cotton.

The rooms were smelly and stingy. Housekeeping was not done on time. Quality of the food services were poor. Coffee is served in paper cups

Most of the staff were friendly, the lounge, spacious rooms, and access to the pool

The room is dirty carpet look like a dirty rug, no towels if you request to them you need to call many time.

The facilities on Royal.Suites room is very good, the stuff also very kind and has flexibility, we are stayed there for hajj, and they allow us to keep our big luggage on the hotel storage

Location ,beautiful pool area I went there during Ramadan ,to be hotel should be ready to bring offers for tourist during breakfast . Can improve condition in pool area such as sofa ,tables,attendance in this area can improve the quality of the place
