The mattress No food, tiling on a part of the bedroom wall and the 200 riyal refundable deposit.

Helpful cheerful staff specially Mr Mohamed Gamal who assisted in incredible situations from the beginning of my stay to the last minute before departure, they don’t say no to any request at anytime ….. Limited time of pool opening

Big room, clean Breakfast was not good. Same choice ever was hoping for variety. 1 scrambled egg( not sure if real eggs or from can) cup of orange juice and some sort of paste. That’s it . And key didn’t work most of the time, the staff were all over do was and easy entry when not working

Easy to get to most any place with a 10 minute Uber ride. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Room was nice size. Breakfast was OK and delivered to the room. There was no hot water on the second day. The first person who came to check, couldn’t figure out the problem. The next person who came late in the evening went straight to the breaker box and flipped the breaker and the hot water was restored. On the last morning, housekeeping called and woke me up at 6am to ask if I wanted breakfast. Still recovering from jet-lag, this was not appreciated.
