Awesome stay in Jeddah! Beautifully furnished and great amenities. Short distance from all attractions and restaurants etc. Plenty of parking on property.

We book in this hotel because it was the venue for the wedding celebration of our relative The extra bed was not comfortable, my daugther ended sleeping in the sofa. Request for some extension for an hour or two was refused, staff are not flexible.

Some mattresses are not comfortable the smell of cigarettes in the building the furniture was not maintained well for this reason I feel the price was very high compared to the overall quality Swimming pool heater was not working no swimming pools for kids and Jacuzzi not working also

The price of mini bar I took one Kinder egg for my kid it coast= 18 s.r and the machine for credit car was not work and we don’t have enough Cash money we have 10 riyal only they did accept it ! I think this is no acceptable

The AC in the room was either fully on and extremely cold, or completely off — there was no way to control the temperature. I called Maintenance twice, and each time they said it was working, but the problem remained the same. I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child with breakfast, but at restaurant asked me to pay extra for my child’s breakfast, claiming that each room only includes 2 meals. On top of that, the breakfast itself was disappointing and not of good quality.

Superp! Amazing and cozy, so clean and neat. The room space ( studio) is very spacious along with most of the amenities, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and cooker, great for a family. The breakfast buffet is delicious with fresh food. Highly recommended. Nothing, it's just perfect!
