To be honest not recommended, theres no towel in bathrooms, telephone not working how many time to follow up but no one

The room was clean and hotel fine They did not have towels, and informed that they might be delivered next day. I cannot stay in a place without shower towels nor hand towels. I had to decline the stay and leave elsewhere. So my advise always ask about the towels before you commit and pay.

Not clean

The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff were polite, and the overall experience met my expectations. Check in process takes an hour of time :/

Just the room size is bigger than others. I took this hotel not the one just beside it just due to the pool, restaurant and gym facility they mentioned are available. But the pool is murky with algae inside. Restaurant is just 2 chairs without any staff and looks like its a storage area. Early check-in was allowed but hotel charged extra for it as well. TV is not smart and channels are blur or are repetitive. TV Remote doesn't work. Bathtub doesn't drain. Door lock is broken.

Overall, for a last minute booking and for the price, it was okay and generally clean, but do not recommend for women (it was fine, no safety concerns, it was just uncomfortable as it's predominantly men) the place is super super old, the furniture is really in a bad condition, there's a smell of smoke everywhere especially in the hallways. there's no towels and barely any tissues, but luckily I read the previous reviews and brought my own

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice even though there was no tub but a shower. The drain does a good job of catching all of the water so that the floor is not completely wet. AC works good as well. The wifi was going out occasionally. Also, they do not really hold bags and when I got there in the morning, the guy told me that I would have to leave and come back at 2pm. If I wanted to check in at 8am it would cost 50 sar extra. If I wanted to check in at 6am it would cost 100 sar extra. The room was 135sar/night. We ended waiting after I left to check other hotels in the area. I do not know if the owner was who I spoke to while I was waiting but he seemed nice and had us check in right away without paying an extra price. Also, I had an issue with the fridge working. I had to manually switch it on. When I went to get the reception, they switched out the fridge but no one checked the switch in the electric box.

The location is excellent, and the staff was satisfactory. The room has a distinct smell, and there are limited parking spaces.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The cleanliness was not up to expectations, and the room décor was extremely outdated and in poor condition. The overall interior design felt very old and not modern at all. The bed was uncomfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. The bathroom was also unclean and had a very old, unattractive design. Additionally, when I first entered the room, there were no towels provided. They were only delivered the following day, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet basic standards, and I would not recommend staying here.
