I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Galleria Jeddah by Curio Collection by Hilton. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get around the city, and the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, and the overall service was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize Mr. Salah and Ms. Ghaidaa for their outstanding hospitality. They were professional, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Their kindness and dedication truly made a difference. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Sometimes rooms are not well ventilated. Corridor not clean

excellent location few staff in reception and room services, long waiting time in front of reception and no one clean our rooms over 2 nights and they claimed that due to full house they were unable to service all the guests!!

The room wasn’t clean and the room itself wasn’t new and needs a lot of upgrades. The walls not good and the lamps not working and the bath-top was damaged

Place was clean great for family , food was delicious, Staff were so great they made our experience so good . Thanks a lot ??♥️ I totally recommend this hotel for any one coming to Jeddah

Location is fantastic, close to everything you do t need a car to get a cup of coffee or eat. Close to market, laundry and so quiet ?. Simply I love it. It’s my favorite place in Jeddah. Room service is very slow and you have call them 2 or 3 times to get things done.

The hotel design and location are good, and it has the potential to be a very nice stay. Housekeeping standards were poor. Food trays were left in the hallways for hours and had to be followed up multiple times for removal. There were mosquitoes in the room, and the hallways were not properly cleaned or vacuumed. The key card battery failed, leaving me unable to access my room. To apologize, staff brought Saudi coffee and fruit very late at night while I was sleeping, which was not appropriate. Overall, the service was below expectations.
