Room was clean. Pool area was nice. Close to the beach
-
Great location and nice rooms we had a 2 bedroom suite
-
The hotel was very clean with nice big rooms and bath rooms. I would stay at this hotel again. Definitely a 5 star!
-
Huge rooms, beautiful property. Will be back
-
Room was clean, breakfast provided/available in the morning was decent, multiple choices. We only stayed one night, staff were nice.

Good hotel very conveniently located. We liked the stairs linked straight to the hotel from parking lot. Wish they had better lighting system in the parking lot at night. It was pitch dark at night. Also, there were no late-night food deliveries since it was inside the island. Other than that, we loved our stay and would come back again.

Very big room and easy walk to beach. There are 2 restaurants across the street. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again.

The room was great except the sheets did not fit the bed and came off easily every night, including the mattress pad. The breakfast was mediocre and most hotels have the same kind of fair and I've always liked. Also had fire department come by on consecutive nights late after someone set off the alarm.

The room smelled like mildew we had to prop door open for a few hours. Also did not know that we had a 10.00 fee to park would have been nice to know that when I entered island that there was a parking fee

Two of my younger brothers found out they had cancer (prostate and bladder) within two weeks of each other. Due to those unfortunate events, we canceled family reunion. I went through Expedia and canceled my reservation. The motel wouldn't honor that and charged me $200 for the first night. It was up to manager's discretion, and he wanted money 💰 no matter what situation I found myself in. If the manager is that "cheap" on helping a customer in a bind, he probably places a dumpster in the middle of the foyer at the motel to save on throwing out the trash 🗑. In his defense, the manager might have been a young teenager, never experiencing any tragedies in his own family which made him totally unempathetc toward anyone who has. He probably didn't have enough education or experience to do the job, so that should be factored into the equation. People should be aware that if one does need to cancel a reservation, you'd better cancel DIRECTLY with this motel because the love of 💰 is the root of evil and trumps any kind of medical situation that comes up. Both my brothers are going through radiation and chemo therapy. Hope they can pull through, and we'll be able to try our family reunion again.

Staff seemed to struggle to keep up with rooms and front desk staff was always out of stuff
-
The location is excellent and the pool is a highlight! The rooms definitely need some TLC.

The room was very clean (except the baseboards, but I can’t really judge there). The air conditioning was VERY good. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Staff were helpful & super friendly. I’ve stayed here several times and have ALWAYS enjoyed it. The pool is AWESOME! It’s a great deal and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Everything else at the hotel was great. Breakfast was ok. Wish they offered chicken or turkey sausage.

The rooms are a great size with plenty of storage and space. The staff was amazing and the pool was beautiful! Great location for walking across the street and onto the beach!!
