First, I’m staying in the area and at the Lucie. Check-in staff was outstanding beautiful view.

Todo estuvo 👌👍

We couldn't open our patio door(2 old people). Steven at the front desk was very informative.

Amazing

My only complaints is that the hotel didn’t provide for lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach but instead you have to obtain them from a vendor for a $35 daily fee. That didn’t go well with that type of establishment.

Tiki Bar closed to early. Breakfast area opened up to late.

The room is beautiful. The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous. The check in, the pool, the hot tub, the beach, the room...everything was a breeze.

NO I RECIEVED THE WRONG ROOM AND WAS NOT ACCOMODATED AS THEY HAD NO OTHER ROOMS I WAS SUPPOSE TO GET THE BALCONY IS WHAT I PAID FOR .
-
The staff was friendly and the rooms nice and clean. I do think the hotel is overpriced when compared to other properties we have stayed at that have more amenities for entertainment. The pool is small but clean, beach unimpressive but clean. Rooms have very thin walls. The tiki bar closes earlier than I would expect.

Wonderful front desk employees, very nice room and right on the beach. Near restaurants. Has a pool and hot tub with a pool bar.

The room was roomy! The champagne received at check in was fantastic! We were unable to rent bicycles for the week as we were told their Sister property would want the bike returned on a daily basis, which was not helpful! Smelled like the drains need to be cleaned out and the exhaust intake in the room needed its filter to be changed… Amenities were lovely - price was exorbitant!

Great place to watch the world cup. Great lady bartenders. Lots of fun. Thank you

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and conveniently located. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I would make is to consider including breakfast in the room rate. They do offer a small breakfast menu, but I found the prices to be somewhat high. For the price of breakfast for one person, we could have had breakfast for three people at another nearby restaurant. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

My check-in experience was disappointing due to the language barrier. However, I would like to recognize Gina for her kindness, empathy, and excellent customer service. She made a genuine effort to help us and completely changed our initial impression of the hotel. I truly appreciate her support and understanding.

Only had problem I had with the shower it didn't give you hot water unless you almost shut it off then it was barely coming out so it's kind of hard to take a shower
