Friendly staff

The location was good, in relation to access to the Hanok Village precinct. The hotel overall was very pleasant and the staff were helpful. The Gym was very handy and the rooftop restaurant and bar was very nice.

Location, cleanness Breakfast option and it’s unfair price. I booked double room for 2 people with breakfast included, turned out to be breakfast only for 1. Misleading booking. Overall price 18$ for such low option breakfast is not fair. At the reception staff mentioned that I booked option with small window though at Booking.com there is no information on that.

Breakfast was very good as well as the location. The bathroom setup was very good and the water pressure of the shower. The lingering smell of new paint (I think that’s what it was) did hamper the comfort of our stay.

The location was good, walking distance to the hanok area. The weird thing about this hotel is the window between the bathroom and the bedroom. There is a blind that keeps the folks in the bedroom from seeing the person in the shower. It is a very odd design. The rooms are on the smaller side, with little room for placing luggage. We used the couch and desk for our luggage. The two beds were nice as we are friends travelling. The shower, toilet, accessories, etc were fine. The staff was helpful in arranging taxis. We did not eat at the hotel or use the gym. I liked the iron and board they provided. I appreciate that the hotel provided tea and coffee bags, however, no cream. I believe that might be standard in S Korea at hotels? The weird design of the window between the shower and the bedroom. It was blocked with a blind, but super odd.

The location is a little bit off from the tour sites.

Brand new property with nice size rooms. Walking distance to the Hanok village. Super clean hotel and the breakfast was nice with lots of choice of western and Asian options. The shared spaces were nice but quite busy at peak times. The breakfast at the weekend got very busy and had a 20 min wait at one point.

Very comfortable and close to eating places and Hanok Village. Breakfast was excellent.

This modern, well maintained hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to walk to landmarks, breakfast was good with lots of choices. Our room was a good size. We praise the Reception staff for helping us with a left behind cell phone and for calling for a taxi twice for us. Huge window looked out on part of the city. Great little bar next door LP. Café. Our main concern was having no place to put our luggage, so we used the extra twin bed, after placing a towel beneath the suitcases.

The location was close to hanok village but not in the heart of it so it was not as noisy. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Because the hotel parking lot was always full, we were directed to another site for parking every night.

It is a lovely hotel well located within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city and the breakfasts was lovely!

Nice spot. About a 15 minute walk from the Hanok village and 7 minutes from the other shopping area. Breakfast was lovely. Parking was easy. The room was warm.
