The bathroom was nice and the size was okay. The cleaning staff were great but we could have used more water. The pool is broken, the gym is pretty terrible, the front desk staff aren’t friendly at all, they don’t even look up to make eye contact or smile when you come in. We also had a short in our electricity, the lights kept going on/off in there own. Maintenance came up and seemed to take care of it. We stayed here 6 nights too many for the quality of the hotel and breakfast was VERY expensive! @ $17 US dollars per person.

The location was very convenient to the Jeonju Hanok Village and the Cathedral. The breakfast that was included in the price is comparable to what you would find in the States. We booked the suite and it came with a sauna that was pretty nice. The check in clerk returned my passport with the first page bent in half. The bed was small by western standards and bouncy. Every time I or my husband turned in our sleep the other person would bounce up. So it was hard to sleep. The room also had a mild smell of sewage gas--I fixed that by throwing water down the floor drain that was next to the toilet in the bathroom. Parking was a nightmare. Their basement and the lot across the street that they use are very small so we had to walk a block and a half from an off-site parking lot.

The location is great. 10-15 min walk to Jeonju Hanok Village, and a 5-10 min walk to the main shopping area of Jeonju. There are plenty of convenience stores nearby. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are polite. friendly and helpful. Nothing in particular. Got to take a taxi to the bus or train station but this is more of due to how the city layout is rather than the hotel

Location is good to access different types of restaurants. The rooms were clean and upkept every day. Breatfast wrere excellent. Staff were nice and helpful. Minor issues are no clothes hooks in shower/toilet room, and the room light was not sufficient.

Accessible location. Easy parking within the hotel even for a 9-seater Kiia Carnival. Staff was pleasant and polite & helpful.
