The room was really clean and comfortable, and the hotel was really well located!!

Clean, friendly staff, quiet and location. Room was too hot, had to open the window. For breakfast, should have variety of bread. All 3 breads were white, should have sourdough, whole wheat too. Fruits were missing too. Need fresh fruits for breakfast buffet, not canned fruits. The rest were good.

Clean, modern, staff spoke English very well. Good location for shopping, food.

Room was perfectly comfortable and adequate for its purpose - we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Shower was pretty good, everything was clean. Big tv by the bed which I like. We had some language barriers with the lady at reception. She didn't really speak English to us at all. While I wish I'd picked up more Korean, I believe if a hotel markets itself specifically as a 'tourist hotel', as this one does, then one could expect a reasonable level of English proficiency, or at least enough to run through standard check-in procedures. However we needed to use a translate app to check in successfully. With that said, the lady was friendly.

Good price for value. Anyone can access the hotel rooms floor through the elevator, which didn’t give me a full confidence feeling.
