1. The mattress was super soft and lumpy. My wife and adult son both commented on how uncomfortable the mattress was. Not a great nights sleep. 2. The parking option is a public parking garage across the street for $30/night. It was way full on a regular Thursday night and we ended up finding a spot up on the 6th level. It was either that or paying up for a valet.

Parking was not the best. The hotel was clean. I love the shower. The room was nice. The restaurant was nice.

Wish it had complimentary coffee, didn’t have much activities to do.

Our stay at the Canopy Hilton was very comfortable. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. We will be back to stay when we’re here again.

My family and I checked into the hotel a little later than we expected. It was around 2 am when we finally settled into the room. My family and I unpacked while my sibling when to brush her teeth. That’s when we discovered that the lever to drain the water in the sink was broken. Ok great not a big deal. We called down and asked to be switched to another room. I went down to change my keycard. The staff changed my card then I went back upstairs to the new room. Unfortunately this is when I started getting annoyed. The door wouldn’t let us in and I kept tapping only to see an orange light pop up. I had to go back down stairs (mind you at this point it’s past 3 am) and ask the staff to help me get into the room I paid for. She said maintenance had to reset the lock. Don’t know why it wasn’t reset before we were assigned the room but sure. I went back up and had to wait 10 minutes for the maintenance personnel to get to our door and reset the lock. I didn’t sleep until 4:30 am. The carpet in this new room was frayed and torn up. For $1000 for 2 nights this was a huge disappointment. I won’t be staying here again.

rooms have a modern decor and are decent in size. the beds were not overly luxurious, but comfortable enough. the bathrooms were modern, clean, with separate room for toilet and shower - very useful when travelling in a group. the AC in the room didn't work, and it wasn't repaired during our stay. we were offered a room on a different floor, but we were travelling in a group, and logistically we couldn't be on a different floor than the rest of the group. We also asked for a high floor and were told that the top floors were not for guests, which I found it to be a strange comment, and untrue.

Everything was good except the beds were not comfortable at all

Staff was helpful and the parking options nearby were close, fair priced, and safe. We will absolutely stay here again to save from NYC prices and crowds. A short walk to the train station, clean room and hotel. We enjoyed the bar at night and had good service there as well. Service to room was prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great location. Great service. Very clean. We would stay here again. My pocket sliding bathroom door was broken on arrival but they came and fixed it immediately.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The Hilton system was not working, so it was impossible to complete the check-in properly. We were given a room without a key card. Without a key card, the elevators could not be used. Every time we needed to go up to our room, we had to stand in line at the reception and ask the staff to let us use the elevator. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. The Wi-Fi was also unavailable because we could not complete the registration/check-in process. The room itself was in very poor condition. There were no slippers, the plumbing fixtures were broken, and the carpets were unbelievably dirty. After just five minutes of walking around in the room, my white socks had turned completely black. There was also none of the basic amenities and service you would normally expect from a Hilton hotel. The overall condition and level of service felt more like a 2–3 star hotel, not a Hilton. We had such a terrible experience that we decided to leave the hotel early and move to another one. Absolutely unacceptable for a Hilton property. A very disappointing and frustrating experience.
