The parking attendants were so kind and helpful. They were amazing!!! Thank you

I went back to the front desk, and I was told it would be done by 7:00 p.m. It still wasn’t cleaned. At 10:30 p.m., I had to go down again, and they told me they would send someone to clean it. This level of service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I should not have had to repeatedly ask for a basic service, especially after confirming it multiple times and tipping the housekeeper. Was tired my kids exhausted and there was no towels in the room. Got tired of waiting in the lobby Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I expected much better customer service.

Overall, I really loved the vibe of this hotel. The view of the Hudson River was absolutely amazing and easily one of the best parts of the stay. I was also incredibly impressed by the food at the bar. Usually, hotel dining can be a hit or miss, but everything we ordered was outstanding: The Lobster Roll: Fresh and delicious. Truffle Fries: Perfectly seasoned. Lamb Chops: Cooked to perfection. The Bad: A Suffocating Bathroom Odor Unfortunately, our stay was heavily impacted by a severe issue with the bathroom sink. Whenever we turned the water on, a horrible, suffocating smell would fill the area. It was so intense that doing basic things like washing our hands, brushing our teeth, or washing our faces became completely unbearable. Overall, I only wish I had flagged the odor to the front desk earlier in our stay to see if we could have switched rooms or had maintenance look at it. The hotel has so much going for it, but the plumbing issue really put a damper on the experience.

So disappointed. I love Hyatt properties but this one was the worst! Staff were so rude and not accommodating at all. We did not feel safe or comfortable in the room and staff refused to accommodate us. Valet was a joke. There were cars parked in the charger spot and we were unable to charge our EV. Valet staff did nothing to help and shrugged their shoulders when we asked for assistance. Horrible customer service!! Not worth the money that we paid. Pool was out of service. Bar staff so rude!

Everything was excellent 🙏

Room was immaculate; staff was very friendly and attentive; and, parking with charging station was available through valet.

From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. Aside from a few members of the cleaning staff and one or two front desk employees, our presence was met with indifference. We were traveling with a service dog and found ourselves repeatedly having to justify his presence nearly every time we entered the hotel, which became both frustrating and uncomfortable. Communication was also a major issue. Calling the front desk from our room was virtually impossible, as no one ever answered. On multiple occasions, I had to go downstairs in person, only to find several staff members behind the desk with no guests waiting in line. While the location is a definite advantage, the level of service does not justify the price. For a similar cost, I would recommend staying in Manhattan, where you can find much better customer service and hospitality.

Overall, it is a very good, comfortable hotel with a nice amenities and a great location for getting into NYC. Decently updates and very friendly staff. The parking / valet situation is a big challenge - and need a lot of lead time to get your vehicle and plan accordingly. We had so much stuff due to a wedding that offsite or self park was a challenge.

Valet at entrance in a busy area like the location of this Hyatt was really helpful ($53 for one night as of 6-5-26). The hotel is updated with a large dining room overlooking the Hudson River and downtown NYC which is superb. The room was very modern/updated, very clean, well lit, lots of outlets and lighting options, see through refrigerator so you don't have to open the door to see its contents or forget your leftovers. My room was quiet and comfy. This is a FANTASTIC option to staying in New York if you are sightseeing. The NJ PATH (micro train that takes you across the Hudson and into many different areas of NYC) is within 100 feet of the entrance to the Hyatt and the Ferry is another block down the river walk. The Jersey City Paulus Hook neighborhood is safe (I've worked here for 20 years), lots of restaurants, food trucks, lovely river walk, piers extending into the Hudson with wonderful NYC views, great breeze off the river, good pricing for rooms. I highly recommend.

Nice room perfect location

When I looked for available parking, I was happy to see it was available at the hotel- only to find out it was valet only, and that my car would be parked two blocks down in the Whole Foods parking garage. This was another reason I chose this property, for its on site parking, but that wasn’t the case.

Our only issue was that we called to ask if we could check in early, and were told it was no problem. This lead to us heading there early, then when we got there we were informed about the early check-in fee. To be clear, my issue is not the existence of the fee, rather my annoyance is that we called to inquire and were not informed of the fee over the phone.

El desayuno es un poco car y hay opciones mejores a poca distancia del hotel donde se puede tomar desayuno mas barato y mejor. Aunque el buffet de desayuno es bastante completo
