Really excellent experience, great place, fantastic breakfast, very confortable room with breathtaking view.

Overall the Hyatt over the Hudson was amazing my only remark was that my bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned there was hair stuck to the tub and wall from the prior guest.

The fridge wasn't working and had to move the coffee maker to have coffee in the a.m.

Location was great... Ability to check in early was good for my arrival, as was valet parking although I thought the cost of valet was a bit steep for 32 hours.

Great stay, beautiful view. staff was lovely including Andre at the exchange restaurant on the property. Wonderful dining experience there. Parking is a bit inconvenient if you’re coming with a lot. The room also had a lot of hair on the ground and a used razor in the shower. But overall a decent stay and would return.

Staff members had a positive attitude and we're welcoming. Location was great, especially for the view. Pool advertised but not available via Google. Asked for towel/bathroom replenishment on Friday got it on Saturday night. Carpet and other decor had an odor. Air conditioning could be more modern. For the price we paid I expected more. I paid less at other Hyatts and it was a far better experience. Also no regency program amenities at this location.

Good location in great view. Nice lobby and bar keep staff. Front desk was awful. People were not nice at all and not helpful.
