The location is excellent The noise from nearby pubs was crazy, and the room was not clean. The staff gave us a different room which was much quieter but also was lacking in upkeep.

Had a great stay. Good value for the money and great staff.

Nice staff, clean room. The blankets were made of feathers which gave me allergies but the staff sorted me out with sheets. The directions to the parking lot could be clearer.

It’s near a construction site and all the rooms are dirty

Breakfast was good and tasty, in the past the hotel didn't have a restaurant now they do.

The location is perfect. Right next to Mahne yeudah market. The room is quite small, there are Constructions Noises from early in the morning that the hotel didn’t mention. The balcony is looking straight to the construction site. We had a problem with the tv that didn’t work.

Sound insulation is nonexistent, so if the room next to you is slightly loud you probably wouldn't sleep if you're a light sleeper. Facilities weren't too clean, water didn't flush properly in the toilet and the panel covering the flush button fell off... Also the pillows weren't very comfy and the room was small for its price.

Location is fantastic. Right downtown next to the Shuk and plenty of bus/train connections across the street. Rooms are new and clean. Staff is helpful. Rooms are a little small and you'll hear some noise from the bars at the Shuk until about 2am.

The staff was so accommodating! Great location, luxurious stay! Highly recommend to anyone! We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub. Such good memories :) That we didn't stay for longer

The traffic to arrive was horrible and I was told there was parking available, but once I asked at the reception, I was told it was an additional 150₪. That should be something that is told to guests up front.
