I booked and paid extra for the most expensive premium room, expecting a high-end experience. Instead, I got what felt like an average room that was nowhere near premium. I'm 5'10" (178 cm), and both the bed and the shower were uncomfortably small. The room was poorly insulated and felt cold. The batteries in the air conditioner remote were dead, which made it even more frustrating. The "balcony" was practically unusable because it was so small and uncomfortable. On top of that, the room overlooked a busy street on the first floor of the building, so there was constant traffic noise. Paying for the highest room category only to be placed on the lowest floor facing a noisy street completely defeats the purpose of booking a premium room. The bathroom layout was awkward, being right next to the window, and the shutters were difficult to operate, making privacy inconvenient. Breakfast was another major disappointment. Although it was included, it was located far away from the accommodation. In Jerusalem, with its steep hills, road closures, and difficult walking conditions, this became a daily inconvenience. I don't remember this being clearly communicated when booking, and had I known, I would have chosen another place. Overall, this property offers very poor value for money. I paid premium prices and received an experience that was average at best. For the amount I spent, I could have stayed somewhere significantly better. This stay complete * Extremely poor value for money. * The premium room did not feel premium at all. * Small bed and very small shower. * Poor insulation; the room was cold. * Dead batteries in the air conditioner remote. * Tiny, impractical balcony. * Constant traffic noise from the busy street. * Premium room located on the first floor facing the street. * Awkward bathroom layout and difficult-to-use shutters. * Breakfast served far from the accommodation, making it inconvenient.

Beautiful room in a small classic Jerusalem building, fun hot tub in the middle of the room. Overall nicely designed and calming. The area is great, pretty quiet, 1-min waking from the Machne Yehuda market and reasonable walking distance to other touristic in the city. Loud drilling noise outside of our room at 8:30am. This is a very small building and it woke us up. It would have been nice to get a notice in advance so that, for example, we don't go to sleep very late the night before while planning to sleep in until late morning. We communicated this to the staff, which kind of dismissed it across several messages and we got no compensation whatsoever. Breakfast we paid for is in a nearby cafe and it was okay, not amazing.

We liked the location, the staff and the size and layout of the room was good. The bathroom did not have towel racks or hooks. The hotel itself is hard to find even with a local tour guide. Also, the hotel itself only had narrow stairs, no elevator and harder to navigate with luggage.

had the pleasure of staying at Villa Albi. I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which was a great start to my stay. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night. I also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the high-quality toiletries, plush towels, and a coffee maker that worked perfectly for my morning routine. The hotel’s location was perfect – close to Machne Yehuda Market, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The attention to detail, comfort, and outstanding customer service make this hotel a true gem!

Too much noisy, we could not sleep

Charming boutique hotel, staff were lovely and helpful. Location is great, a few minute walk from the Red Line. Room was comfy, spacious and clean. They give you vouchers for two cafes to have your breakfast. Loved my stay.

The location was great! the room was very nice and clean. The staff was an amazing help in anyway. There was no preliminary mentioning about no elevator in the hotel and people should know about that. There is no breakfast in the hotel, although we got a voucher to an amazing bistro which was realy nice.
