Location outstanding Super comfortable beds Friendly staff. - often did exceptionally nice things for us The black out curtains made the room very dark Breakfast was not super large variety like some in Tel Aviv but what was there was quality especially the hot dishes, the dates, the loose tea and local honey Good water pressure in the shower Bathroom water can be very hot if desired Adjustable AC made the room very cold It doesn’t have a Jewish vibe although I very much appreciate mezuzah on the door, candles and wine Shabbat evening - thank you It does not have an ice machine accessible to guests Not enough drawer closet space.

Def 3 star - and rooms way too small Cold, heat didn’t work. The fridge was buzzing all night and I got locked in the bathroom on first floor

The location The rooms were extremely extremely small. The bathrooms had only two small towels there was walls that needed painting in the room and because of the location of the hotel right in the center of the city the traffic is unbearable and there’s no proper noise cancellation windows.

Excellent staff. They are very pleasant and willing to help with whatever we needed. The happy hour is an enjoyable perk. The darkening curtains were partially detached and need to be rehung. Also, the windows really need external cleaning.

The Bezalel is CONSISTENTLY a 10 out of 10! It is well appointed it is clean. It’s a great location. My kids love the happy hour.

The first room we were assigned to was outrageously bad. Could not fit two adult travelers with suitcases. Staff remedied the situation but the bad impression remained. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. Price was very high.staff was excellent and helpful. Room size, building is outdated.

Everything! The people are so nice and welcoming and kind. The rooms are clean and fresh and have good closets space even though they are tiny. There is a rigidity to the staff in terms of sticking to the rules, but I think it’s a cultural difference. They are really lovely people.

Location was excellent! Very convenient. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed reading pamphlet about the fascinating art installations in the hotel. Lovely roof deck. The rooms were indeed small with not a lot of maneuvering space left over with two very large suitcases. (We expected this and it was not a surprise.)
