Absolutely amazing staff. Awesome people.

The service was friendly and accessible. When the desk was closed the manager responded quickly by phone and took care of things. Clean, well-located and spacious suites. nothing

Excellent location—within walking distance of Kikar HaMusica, the city center, and the Mahane Yehuda market.Stunning view of the Old City from the 21st floor. Parking is very expensive... 145 NIS from 1530 - 0900 ....

Nothing, it is a ghost building with an “hotel” on the highest floor, not clean not welcoming, I do not recommend this place to anyone! 250€ / 1000 shekels for a night is an insult. Great view of the city! the facility is well and smartly designed providing a comfortable and relaxed stay. Parking is expensive.

The location is great, in the center of Jerusalem, great customer service, clean and welcoming, great value for money

Location at Ben Yehuda, value for money in terms of size of units, and managerial staff were extremely helpful Views were of Jerusalem's growth and spacious accommodations made for an exceptional stay. Parking was not part of hotel and was both costly and restrictive in terms of new charges for in/ out errands. But was a small price to pay for its excellent location.

Breakfast was great (choice of 3 restaurants - when the restaurants were closed very nice "buffet" of options brought to the room. The location is UNBELIEVABLE - at the top of Ben Yehuda Street. The view was INCREDIBLE. The rooms are huge. I really liked it all - it is a little surprising that one is entering an older office building (with 24 hour guard at the door), then take the elevator up to the top floor with a boutique hotel, fully modernized with 2-story rooms and a staff that handles your every need.

We had a wonderful stay at the 21st Floor apartment in Jerusalem. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Ben Yehuda Street and the Old City, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, with a direct line to the Old City skyline. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. The service was also top-notch — responsive and helpful throughout. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again in the future! Can't complain about anything.

Disappointing
-
smell of cigarettes, dirty carpet, dirty sofa with stains on it, generally not cleaned well, we didn’t use the water boiler because it was dirty. We basically didn’t even want to take off our shoes or sleep under the blanket. The sink in the bathroom was not fixed properly. All in all a not pleasant stay.

We had a perfect stay. well designed, In a high floor, the crew was very kind and allowed early check in.
-
Great central location. Staff went over and above to make sure we had what we needed. They made restaurant recommendations, helped with ordering taxis and always ready to help. No negative comments

The location is perfect! The rooms are huge and the view from the room is amazing!
-
Nothing, everything was good.

Staff was very friendly and did their best location was great only 10 min walk to Mahne Yehuda market or Kikar Hamuzika Room size was great and comfortable The room wasn't the cleanest. Piles of dust remaining from the last renovation were every where. We had plenty of human hair stuck in the jacuzzi. The breakfast we've pre-ordered turned to be a 10 minute walk to a restaurant, with a voucher that the restaurant wasn't very pleased to redeem
-
Surprisingly spacious, high quality build and style. We were at some point 6 people in the living area with 2 kids sleeping - very comfortable. Outstanding urban view. The oven didn't work
