The hotel is in a great location. The people who work there are super friendly. Special shoutout to Atwan and the lady in charge of housekeeping. Air conditioning was very cold and the beds were very comfortable. Shower is hot and strong. I stayed in 3 different hotels during this trip and the beds and shower in this hotel were better than the other 2. Property is a bit dated. The hallway carpet needs to be changed. The hallway air conditioning should be on the entire week. The toilet seat wasn't the correct size for the toilet and there wasn't a soap dish in the shower. The lock to our room worked too well. I struggled to open it even with the key, the door jamb seemed damaged.

Staff are very kind and helpful. We were treated as family.Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Great Shabbat meals! Wonderful stay as always! All positive!

Hotel looks really old. Hotel was empty, and kept dark most of the time.

Breakfast was nicely presented, fresh and tasty. Facilities were clean. Linen and towels were fresh. Was lovely having a lounge area in the bedroom. The cement chips in the walls and skirting in the corridors need to be fixed. The public carpets could do with deep cleansing.

It was cold in the lobby and the bedrooms too they brought us a spa e heater to use so that was helpful

The staff was very nice and the room was ok. There was construction going on in the lobby for our whole stay. The breakfast was not very good and a few days they didn't have anything. They ran out.

Location Breakfast was huge, but hot dishes eg eggs, were cold. Last morning everything was obviously reheated (but still cold). Also disappointed that the coffee was instant. Hotel was not clean in common areas

Well located in the center of the city. Breakfast was great.

Very convenient location. Easy to get to by light rail. There is a lot of construction on King George Street making it a bit challenging to navigate. We are very familiar with the area so we could avoid problems but people unfamiliar with the area might find it a little inconvenient.

Awesome hotel. Really good food. Friendly staff. The reception manager Antoine was really helpful and kind to us throughout our stay.

The room was comfortable. The wifi was good. The people who worked there are very nice. Special shoutout to Saja and Atwan for making our stay great. The breakfast was also very nice and fresh. We definitely plan to stay there again. There was one thing that I found bothersome. In the wintertime there is no air conditioning so if you have a warm day then your room is warm. This happened during 2 days of our stay. I complained about it and they give me a fan which did help. They explained to me that the hotel only has air conditioning in the summer time.

Location excellent. Front desk staff accommodating. Room cleaned, towels replaced only if requested. No sign to hand on the door with request. Breakfast mediocre at best.

Everything! The hotel is warm and intimate, the room is beautiful and very spacious, the staff is one of the cutest, kind and responds to every request, the breakfast is simple but sufficient. We enjoyed it very much!

Some staff was very helpful. Other staff was indifferent. Rooms are below hotel grade. (eg. Only one waste basket only in the lavatory.) The halls are dark and dingy. The local construction affects arrival negatively. Many stairs to climb to reach the lobby from the street.
