The water facilities did not function on an entire floor for several hours. I partly fixed the problem (note that guests are not supposed to fix such problems) by pressing a certain button, but the shower head in the room allocated to me did not function properly, spraying only a few drops at a time. I have contacted a worker who identified as "Shimon" (and later the supposed Boss "Hagay") to describe the problem, and rather than sending someone immediately to help out, Shimon has demanded evidence for the dysfunctional shower, which I refused to provide (however, I do possess such evidence). Shimon did nothing to help and acted as if he did not care, patronizing me even though I paid 832+ NIS to Booking. As a result, I had to leave about 24 hours into check-in, even though the stay was supposed to last for three nights. Hagay has implicitly refused to compensate me for the bad experience and losing money for nothing. I intend to sue the place in court and strongly recommend everyone - avoid doing business with Hagay and his team, for if a problem arises, it is unlikely you would be helped, at least according to my experience. I strongly urge Booking to stop doing business with Hagay.

Comfortable quick check in. Very good, central location. Very think walls, and extremely noisy neighbors. A family was trying to get into the apartment for about half an hour in the middle of the night (1 am) and yelling a lot in the hallway. Some hair on bed but overall clean. Very few amenities. No closet, not even a rod and a hanger to hang my shirt up. 4 soaps but 0 shampoos/conditioners.

the shower is not good the water doest stay in between, few seconds it become cold and after a few seconds it becomes hot. .. better fix the heating system. I dont know if this is a problem for the entire unit or only the room that I had on the 3rd floor with balcony

Our room didn't smell well, there was mold in the shower, we didn't get toilet paper and had to ask for it, we didnt have a window, the walls were quite thin.

Location It was the cheapest option in the area, but the price didn't reflect the value. Despite having coffee beans available in the room, I never actually received a mug. Probably could have found a much better option by spending a bit more money

Amazing location, comfortable beds and nice amenities.

The property was in a good location, unfortunately that’s about the only positive here. Everything else. The place wreaked of cigarette smoke, the bathroom toilet was falling apart with the seat cover not even fully connected, the shower would spray all over the place from the top of the shower head nozzle, and a shelf place directly over the sink which made it impossible to wash your face. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the money spent.

The room was esthetically pleasing. The entrance wasn't clear with a sign the building and entrance to the apartment were creepy and looked like an abandoned house. There were sketchy people inside not sure if they are residents. The doors were thin and didn't allow noise. The bedding had small pieces on it (visible) plastic and made me itch. I barely slept and felt very unsafe.

The beds are very comfortable. Main thing: although check in is supposed to be at 3PM, the staff couldn’t send us the instructions to check in until 5:25PM, even though we contacted them multiple times during multiple days via both Booking and their email. They are completely not responsive. It’s completely inappropriate. Additionally: the rooms are a bit old, the refrigerator is noisy.

Amazing like always this is my 3rd time at La Perle, Jerusalem.....keep it up

Cleanliness of the environment and “lobby”. Maybe it has to do with the constructions across the street but it is dusty.

It is good value for the price. The staff were friendly, also towards my child, and were helpful whenever I had questions. I was able to leave my stroller downstairs, so even without an elevator, I could take my child upstairs without having to carry the heavy stroller. The reception hall had a security camera, which made me feel safe. The bed was very comfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement, and there were some broken items in the room. However, after I mentioned it, the manager assured me that he would take care of it, which is good to know — it shows that management listens to clients. Since the location is right in the city center, it can be noisy. This didn’t bother us too much, but for those who need a very quiet place, it might be better to look for accommodation outside the center. That said, it is very central, and overall the value for the price is good.

the location is excellent, right in the city center, close to public transportation, numerous places to eat and but food around. the room was clean and had what I needed for a night's sleep. the self check in process was not good. I did not receive the password in time, I had to wait outside until they answered the phone - which took too long. also - the TV was a hassle to sort out, and the AC remote did not work - these things were fixed eventually, but should not have happened in the first place.

It would be better if you can upgrade the wifi system for the televisions, and add a food heating option even a common one will do.
