The bed sheets had stains, the shower was not properly maintained- sealing rubber was loose, the sink tap was leaking, the decorative tin tables had stains and looked very old The noise from outside can be heard very clearly It is not a hotel, simply a few rooms in one floor of a building. We got in very late and I was told there will be a reception 24 hours, but instead the key was waiting for us near the room, and the door was unlocked (but locked) so we didn't see anyone in check in

Great location Too noisy outside . The room was just above small supermarket which worked entire night with music. Somebody had broken glasses outside the room but not cleaned the residues.

Friendly and helpful staff. Shops and restaurants just outside the door. Short distance to the Jerusalem tram and to the old city. Nights were quiet and therefore easy to get a good sleep. A bit untidy in the stairs on the way to the hotel's floor - but nice and tidy on the actual floor.

The location. Wifi was good. Front desk staff were very helpful and good. Even whoever was dealing with my booking was good, the person allowed us to check in early. Room floor dint look very clean, neither toilet floor was very clean. One of the hand towel was with stain mark. In room facility suppose to have kettle in the room it self. Room slipper suppose to be there. It says while booking on website. Bed sheet dint look very clean.

We had booked 2 deluxe rooms, 4 people. Great location 10+! Helpful staff! The rooms were quite old but had everything we needed. The rooms are a good size, a couple of chairs would have been a plus. We were not disturbed by the sounds from the street. We arrived in the middle of the night but got to our rooms smoothly. We had to cancel our hotel in Tel Aviv, but we got the chance to continue our vacation in this same hotel in Jerusalem, thank you, thank you, thank you!!! So we spent 13 nights at Dem! We would love to return to Jerusalem and Hotel Dem! The price-quality ratio is right. (Google translator, sorry)
