breakfast was excellent

Front desk staff acted more like bouncers than hospitality staff. Not very friendly, kept arguing about taxes already paid to booking.com, which booking said don’t pay again - they literally deactivated my key to get me to come back again, but eventually after showing them booking email they reluctantly agreed that it was paid and made a new key card. Other then staff, rooms aren't very big and price is on the higher side for what you get

Location of hotel, cleanliness, every single staff member were polite, helpful, friendly and always interested if everything was fine orbif I needed anything. I want to give an enormous thanks to front desk staff member (Nissim C.) Hopefully, I got his name right. He was amazing providing directions and on my last day of my stay he helped book my taxi reservation to the airport as it was Shabbat/Saturday and all public transportation was not in service and he was polite to assist me in booking my taxi. Great thanks and greatly appreciate you Nissim C. Hopefully, I'll go back to Israel next year 2026 and definitely I will stay here again. Jorge Prado

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly. The location was excellent - great ‘buzz’ and local street scene. Well located for the light rail and the old city. The hotel entrance was a little difficult to spot at first - the signage wasn’t very readily apparent, so the taxi driver couldn’t spot it. Initially my credit card was overcharged (and it took a bit of effort to get that sorted out and doing so created a cost to me on exchange rates, as I was overcharged at one exchange rate and then refunded at a less favourable rate).

Ibis Styles is located in a lively, pedestrian area, and within walking distance of the old city of Jerusalem. The room’s modern design was convenient and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a large selection of both fresh and prepared choices. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the busy street, which was great for people-watching. Our son opted for a quieter room on the opposite side. Loud music from the businesses nearby. It stopped around 9 pm on two nights, but continued until after midnight on the third night. Bring ear plugs.

Great location, friendly staff, good value for what you can find in the area The mini fridge in the room made a loud noise, was difficult to sleep at night

Experience. Shower door didnt close good so we got water on the floor.

Wow, 10 out of 10! I originally chose this hotel just as a place to sleep, but I received service better than in many premium-class hotels. The staff were extremely friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was very clean — by European standards, not just local ones. It had everything we needed, with thoughtful details throughout. Breakfast deserves its own mention: a huge selection of everything you could wish for, beautifully presented, tidy, and clean. The waiter even made me coffee. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city. Overall, an outstanding experience — and in Israel, it’s truly rare to find this level of quality.

The staff are incredibly friendly, the rooms are nice, and the location is very convenient
-
The location is perfect- at the center of Jerusalem, walking distance to many attractions, coffee shops and restaurants The only thing that I think requires improvement is locating the kettle next to a power outlet, not having to improvise. Would be great to have a desk in the room and maybe a proper coffee machine.

Amazing breakfast with wide range of food. Great location. Helpful staff. I can recommend it. We would like to come back

Floor 7 isn’t a city view, the only thing I saw is the building across the street. Don’t ask extra for at least my room 706. It is a ripoff!!!!!

The location is great. The room was of decent size. Breakfast wasn't too bad. The carpet is worn and overall you can see the hotel is a bi dated. The view from the room is uninspiring. The prices are high, even though it seems there aren't many tourists now.
