I loved the location. And the breakfast is very good. One guy at Front desk is not a kind person. He never helped us with anything. The room was too small for three people.

Breakfast and location.. Bad refrigerator, bad thermostat for air conditioning, bad electrical system, construction noise and dust..

The staff was friendly, the breakfast was rich and varied, and the room and its facilities were clean. The location is great -within walking distance of various attractions, including the Old City, Mamilla, Jaffa Street, and Mahane Yehuda Market. Public transportation is nearby, and parking is available at the hotel (we used it from the second day once a space became available). The top-floor balcony was nice, but adding a coffee/tea station would make it even more functional and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel can't be beat. We were in heart of the city. The room was clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent. And when we wanted to stay an extra day, the staff made it happen. A wonderful hotel.

Our stay at Eyal Jerusalem Hotel was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was provided as part of our tour package booked with Compass Travel Israel, and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the Old City and main attractions, yet in a quiet and pleasant area. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast was fresh and generous with a nice variety of local options. The breakfast was a real highlight – plentiful, fresh, and delicious every morning. A special thank you to all the front desk staff for their warm hospitality and professionalism. Jimmy is simply the best — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. His service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Highly recommended!
