Excellent service, excellent staff who take care of the little details. I would like to mention the reception manager.

Breakfast was outstanding. We were within walking distance of everywhere that we wanted to go. Location of WC on the lobby floor when we arrived after a long drive. Except for the facilities for the physically challenged, they were not clearly marked and were not conveniently located. Then again, that's Jerusalem.

The swimming pool! The hotel is in a pedestrian zone and it is a little difficult to tell cabs where to drop or wait - there are two spots that are not too far, but with heavy luggage it may be inconvenient - perhaps the management can do something about this? Having the swimming pool and gymn open earlier in the morning and in the evening would really be helpful for busy travelers.
