Nothing The hotel is very dirty and uncomfortable. Many of the guests are rude and unpleasant, and they make a lot of noise. The place smells bad, especially of food and cooking all the time. The rooms are not clean, and the service is terrible. It’s definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

The location is great and the breakfast is ample The place is undergoing renovation and I felt they could have said that. It was a disaster zone, everything messy and broken facilities. The volunteers who were there at the time were very helpful but 1 full time member of staff was probably the rudest person we’ve ever met working in a hostel. Her and the facilities made our stay uncomfortable

Good location I book 4 beds in the room of 6 beds but we had to stayed seperated 3 in a room and another one in other room. The staff is unhelpful.

My roommate turns off the air conditioner all the time. I don't understand why foreigners don't like to turn on the air conditioner and open the windows, causing so many mosquitoes to come and bite me until I feel sick. I ask the accommodation to help take care of the foreigners. Why do they like to open the windows? we are hot You should ask him that if he doesn't want to sleep in an air-conditioned room, let him sleep with people who don't want to turn on the air conditioning and prefer to open the windows so that other people won't be in trouble because the weather is hot and he wants to turn on the air conditioning to make him sleep. It's comfortable, but if someone likes hot weather, is it better to let them sleep in the same place?

Invested community are the words that describe the most this youthhostel.. In a multicultural city such as Jerusalem, this would be the best place to immerge in it.. More a reminder for some guests.. Collectivity goes both way..
