Very nice and friendly hotel staff, great choice at breakfast (especially appreciated two types of herring), a very convenient location in the centre close to many public transport options. It was a bit strange that there were no hangers in the room, not even in the wardrobe, otherwise all facilities were good.

Clean, nice size Hotel, lovely location on a non-auto or transportation Street. Well located what kind distance to everywhere. Nice well. Beds were a little firm for me, but there was an extra bed that was very soft

Location. Stuff is very kind and helpful . Room was modern and shower was excellent. Decent breakfast . Good mattress. Quiet (when no people on the roof) We got a room with a balcony (upgraded by the desk guy without extra payment) how ever the balcony is not private but rather part of the roof of the hotel. So people sat just outside of our room and made some noise. And you can not ask them to leave as it is a common space. There are now hangers in the bathroom. So no place to hang towels- very annoying.

The hotel is located in Jerusalem city center. 5-8 minutes from the light trail, 1 minute from a bus stop. Quiet and cozy hotel. Great breakfast, high value for money.

Great Location. Staff were very helpful. Because of the current situation we were booked in to their companion hotel, the Eyal. But it was worked out well.

The locarion It is a religious hotel. Therefore there is no elevator on Shabat. We needed to carry our luggage on the stairs. The food on breakfast is from yesterday, there is no coffee, just black coffee. No eggs, just hard egg from yesterday. It is not written anywhere that this hotel is religious. If I know I would not come. Also the bed is very short- my legs were out of the bed and I am 1.60

breakfast was very basic , not fancy, but everything was just correct, value for money it was grate.

relatively decent rooms , good check in and location. Terrible breakfast that was spoilt by improper behaviour and attire of the employees. Friends of the employees (non guests) were invited in to eat, touched certain foods with their dirty hands, loud ringtones from phones in several local languages were very disturbing. I immediately left the room not to return.
