There was no desk or chair in my room. Possibly a bad choice on my part and next time I will be sure I am in a room with desk and chair.

Construction nearby Not their fault

the bedding was not changed, even when it was dirty

Excellent staff and location

For the price of our stay it's very upsetting to be charged at all for parking and such a high amount!
-
Very modern but elegant. Breakfast was great. Nothing

Very friendly stuff
-
the bathroom door is awkward, when it is open it is hard to walk across it.

we were disappointed that the breakfast wasnt included in the price of the room. we didn't realize that it was an extra $50 per person. we thought that was too much. The staff was very nice but we tried to get a taxi and only after more than a half hour we finally got one ( with the help of your staff) however the driver xcharged us a lot more than we were told by your staff and we missed our train in the end, because he took the long route around. It was very upsetting. We loved the Turkish Spa in the pool area and the decor of the hotel. The towels were not as high quality as we would have expected though.

I love the hotel. The space is beautiful and location is fabulous. Having a light on during Shabbat was very problematic, and simple to fix. While a light in the room or corridor would be too bright, the bathroom light can usually be kept on. The tongues between the bathroom and the bedroom meant we could not sleep because it was too bright! Can there be a shutter or blind to pull down over the window to provide a comfortable Shabbat experience?

We enjoyed the breakfast immensely. It's a separate vacation area
-
best israeli breakfast I have ever seen. most expansive and delicious The gym needs an upright spinning bike or peleton

Have always stayed here. Great location With all the construction around the area it is harder to navigate to and from the hotel. Views also affected by all the construction.

I did not have the breakfast, but heard it was amazing. I liked it all.

The location, the design, the view from the balcony, the food - excellent. The price of dinner is too high, almost 300 NIS for a person is too much. The staff on the reception was always looking upset from something and too serious face, not very welcoming.
