Excellent location, the room was very comfortable, the staff was exceptional, always accommodating and helpful, and I greatly enjoyed the food and drink provided. Nothing worth mentioning, only very minor details

I was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. The hotel smelled clean and fresh. The staff were amazing . Even the shampoo smelled and felt great.

Amazing and helpful staff

There is only one elevator, and during Shabbat it is super slow.

Second time we visited, a group of friends. Stuff is so nice and responsive! Breakfast was great! Location is perfect. Only disadvantage is no nearby parking.

Comfortable bed, wonderful breakfast, and easy to find

Old dirty cheap feeling rooms. I don’t understand where all those reviews about how clean and nice it is are coming from. Were those people living in a different hotel?! Ripped apart grey towels with brown stains!!!! Chipped or scratched furniture and walls, stains everywhere. The room had a feeling as if it was completed with furniture found on the street. The water in the shower oscillates between hot and cold all the time, there was almost no water pressure coming from the shower head due to scale in it (the least of the worries tho). 230$ per night - and the hotel can’t get new white fresh towels? Shame. We only booked one night and wanted to spend the morning in the city before going back, but instead rushed back on a 6:40 train because of the worst night sleep experience. The administrator silently showed where to put the key, no “how was your stay”, nothing. So if you respect yourself, after reading this stay out of this place.

Location was fantastic. Space for three was perfect. Bathroom was spacious boasting a bath tub shower combination AND a standing up shower. Bath was clean. That said, the bathtub and shower grout could benefit from an update/maintenance. Kitchenet, and bedrooms were clean. Bathroom towels were stiff and rough textured. Lobby was modern and inviting. We did not opt for the ₪85.00 breakfast. I would recommend the slightly less pricey bakery across the street. The bathroom's tile grout maintenance could benefit from an update. This is not to say the bathroom was not clean. It was. The lobby has a abbreviated hours. Staffed only 08:00 - 22:00. Beyond these observations, my overall experience was positive.

Comfortable clean room right in the heart of Jerusalem- walking distance to all the main attractions and shops

Didn’t realise reception wasn’t 24 hours, however when reception arrived apologised and gave us breakfast and our room at 8am rather then 3pm!

This hotel is in the most perfect position. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I was given a free upgrade to a better room. The room was clean and comfortable with a modern bathroom. It’s right next to the light rail, which is very convenient, but it’s also noisy. Every time a train pulled up I heard the bell, even with the balcony door closed.

Unparalleled location at the corner of King George and Yaffa. Walking distance to Machane Yehuda and the Old City. Excellent value!!! For the price I paid I do not expect a five star hotel. It completely met my needs and expectations for a short stay in the center of Jerusalem. Room was clean and comfortable. Hot shower. Excellent breakfast with many choices. I would stay here again

Cleannes was at its bad - sheets were the only clean thing in the room, which was perfect, but everywhere around was quite oldish, full of stains, food leftovers, hair in the bathroom, windows super dirty and sticky.. we waited like few hours after early check in before the room was ready, but seems like noone really did anything in the room.

Nice hotel! Everything was great! I am grateful to manager Noa for the wonderful service and help with choosing a room and check-in. I stayed at this hotel twice and recommend it.

We had a double room. It was clean, the air conditioning was excellent because of the Jerusalem winter cold. The rooms are well maintained. The location of the hotel is perfect, with public transport in all directions. We asked for extra blankets and received them very soon. The rooms we got have little storage facilities so we kept most of our stuff in our suitcases. During the days and evenings we heard the people on the floor above us walking around, especially the children jumping and running during the rainy days when they stayed indoor. The entrance of the hotel has an elevator and you have to guess that the reception is at the next floor. Maybe it is a good idea to put a shield on the wall, because we met several people who asked us where the reception is located. We left a day earlier than was planned and paid for. The reception did not care to ask what happened.
