הצוות האדיב וארוחת הבוקר הנפלאה אני חושבת שצריך להיות הסדר עם החניון הקרוב כי החניה בלילה עלתה לי המון כסף

Location, and architecture It was not clean and upkeep was horrible. Stains on the curtains and walls in the room. Hallways need work.

Parking was a problem. The description on booking.com of the parking is not accurate (davidka parking for 90 nis per day). The actual parking was in the municipality parking lot, 10min walk, 240 nis for 2 days, and it is closed on Saturday. No bar or restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast.

Beautiful property, comfortable feeling and super helpful staff

Location, clean, great service Breakfast was not per the menu and the serving staff were not so nice

The staff was friendly. Room was large, bathroom well equipped. Entrance/dining patio was beautiful. Enjoyed the views from our window. There wasn't a single shelf or drawer for our clothing.

I liked the design of the room, the lobby and the breakfast area. I liked the hotel staff members friendliness and kindness. A bus station that has many shuttles to the Kotel or many other areas in Jerusalem is convenient. Reduced price for parking the car was also nice. Healthy fresh fruits were served upon arrival which was a nice welcoming gesture. Great value for your money. The facility didn’t have a gym available but it is not too far if you can walk to another facility.

I like that the hotel is not like a large commercial hotel. The breakfast area is a beautiful atrium-like space with light and luscious colors. The food was delicious and I love that they had fresh fruit always available and beautifully displays on a table, a healthy snack, tea and coffee is always readily available. 1- The room was spacious and the bathroom was lovely. It was a perfect size, especially because I was there for my son's wedding and for about 10 days. It gave me space and comfort to do my work when I needed to. 2- The staff was professional, helpful and kind. They made my stay very comfortable and helped me with directions and finding particular stores when I asked since I don't speak or read the local languages. 3- The cleaning crew and the waitstaff were professional and friendly. Brown Villa is well maintained. I didn't like that the sirens went off because of missiles being fired that were diverted by the iron dome but they have a good bomb-shelter.

The hotel was run down. It must have been a nice hotel when it was new, but the whole picture when we visited was disappointing despite the staff efforts to keep the standard up to par. Serious renovation needed.

My experience at this hotel was truly excellent. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the attentive and professional staff. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort I needed. The location is perfect — central, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day. What stood out to me most was the exceptional service and the small details that made my stay special. Whether it was the helpful recommendations, the flawless housekeeping, or the overall atmosphere, everything exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and memorable stay.

Ideal location, very comfortable bed, amazing breakfast and super nice personnel. The place would benefit a deep cleanup to be a 10/10.

A very different breakfast to those we have experienced in other Israeli hotels. There appeared to be a lack of fruit but the other options made up for it. Excellent location and comfy room, excellent. Lack of storage space in the room.Authentic
