Red Roof Inn Washington DC - Columbia/ Fort Meade

Value and location The stay was disappointing. The bed was very uncomfortable it was noticeably dented in, I could feel the springs while lying down and hear them with movement. We stayed on the first floor, and there appeared to be several bugs, both crawling and flying. I personally saw a roach in the room. Overall, the condition of the room made it difficult to feel comfortable or enjoy our stay.

The room and bed are clean, but the surrounding floors are not looking good and stink. Just improve on the observations made.

If you have no where else to go. The room smelled of mildew because ac was off and blowing humid air into room. Towels are thin. And the AC has mild and bathroom wall was cracked. The place does not match the photos.

Convenient location NOT uhaul or truck with trailer friendly. Had to park on a side road behind the hotel

Plus, the ice machines worked and the parking lot is very bright at night time.

No refrigerator, no microwave. Mattress well worn, could feel the inner structure of the mattress against my body.
