    I made a reservation on booking.com and selected “ Pay at the property” . That means I will pay at the property upon arrival. Once I arrived there, they had canceled my reservation before I got there. They said they tried to charge my card and they couldn’t so they simply canceled . What’s the point of give the costumer the option to pay at the property and then try to charge before as they please ? The front desk was extremely rude , raised his voice and wouldn’t let me talk. He literally wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. So I said “ Will you let me talk ? “ , he said “ NO “ and kept repeating the same thing over and over again and wouldn’t let me complete a sentence. Then he told me to leave and said my family is a piece of shit . Yes the FRONT DESK said that to a costumer . Zero professionalism . Zero costumer service. I felt arguing with a 5th grader. Also there is no BREAKFAST as they advertise on booking.com . That’s fake. The point of “ Pay at the property” is PAY AT THE PROPERTY. If I wanted to pay online before arrival I would have done that myself. If they don’t trust the costumer , so simply start to charge non show up fee or remove the option to pay the property, but do NOT give an option that is actually fake.

    The room took me back to the 80s, which was childhood memory so it’s pretty cool seeing a push button phone with a little red light on it and gold curtains The bed was like sleeping on a slate rock, and the pillows wasn’t even no better. There isn’t no breakfast even though it was advertised.

    Nothing The doors to the rooms seemed quite unsecure, and loose. It felt like someone could walk in at any given time. The A/C would cut off while it's suppose to be on. The microwave had old pizza inside it. It just did not look like the pictures at all. Also there was no breakfast here, i don't know why they claim to have breakfast, but they don't.

    Somebody tried to get into my room. Had a key card qnd everything. Wouldn't leave when asked. I contacted the hotel &' expedia. No refunds was given. No room change. Nothing. Will NEVER stay here again.
