The room was clean and comfortable. The fantastic spa facilities were so relaxing! Nothing.

We had a great stay at Art Spa Hotel. Love all the pools! We had fun on the water slide and just relaxing in the various pools. Beds were definitely firm, but nice bedding. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast as we slept too late. Location was great for finding lots to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was a little too firm for me.

Great hot springs and tons of different jets, temperatures, and a play area for kids. Very comfortable beds and good location in town. You have to bring or buy a hair cap before swimming.

If you feel like a splurge this is your place. Great choice of hot springs both inside and outside. Lots of soaking pools or water jets. All smell clean. The room was spacious with a great size bathroom. Easy walk to restaurants. Bike storage is not a problem.

A bit expensive. Good location. The outside soa pools were closed in the morning. Should open earlier than 8.30am. The rooms had glass doors for the toilet and bathroom. No privacy.

We really enjoyed staying at the Art Spa…the breakfast, the different hot pools with scents, the massage pools. The room was much more than we anticipated. We thought the goodies in the room were wonderful.

Continent. Close to the food and shops and some tourists area Seems old and needs some major renovation. Spa area looks crowded ..

We could not figure out how to turn off the lights without taking the room key card out of the electricity slot, so the lights had to be all on or all off.

The bath in the room was super comfortable and made for two. Also included a cool dip bath in the room, too! :) Great access to the entire hot spring park which was AMAZING! Delicious and well-stocked/different types of breakfast foods. Bed was very comfortable too (perfectly firm). Loved the provided yukata and slippers and delicious kiwi. Easily walkable to many places. Room and space was much bigger than expected!

This is a hot springs resort, and it fit this exactly. There are so many different kinds of pools and resting places. I didn’t know this checking in, but even the room had a separate little Japanese soaking tub that has hot spring water! That’s so cool! It’s a little dated, but it’s very clean and cared for.

You should choose 1 day staying that hotel since it offers a lot of spring SPA. They also has a small waterslides next to SPA zone. It may take you around half-hour to experience with all kinds of SPA service which catches up with your expectations. Since it belongs to the old hotel, that is easily to hear some noise from other guests. The other thing is their Broccoli becoming a little bit yellow during the morning time. Suggest their cook should take care on how to remain that vegetable green during the cooking time.

Spa pools were the best! Spacious room Delicious spread for breakfast Spa in the room toilet didn't look clean enough for me to soak in (tiles had some mold), but the public spa pools were fantastic and I did not think it was a too much a loss to not soak in my own room.

The outdoor spa is nicely hot. Breakfast has a good selection. Beds are comfortable. Room is spacious. Bath tub is big. it’s located in the center of the town, but in 13 minutes walking distance from bus station. Eating places are all around the hotel. The facility is a little older. Our toilet is leaking water to the floor. We could hear gushing sound of water frequently through out the night, waking us up from sleep. The check out time is not flexible.
