It has an wonderful location and hot spring.

It's close to the train station. Water dispenser at the lobby. The room is too small. The hanging clothes was too close to the bed. The safe deposit box isn't working. Water at the bathtub isn't hot springs water and took a long time to heat up. Same thing for the shower. Had to pay 20 NTD for an extra pillow. Check in time is strictly 3 PM even when you arrived a little early.

room was very humit even kept airco on for 5 days. Smell musty. Carpet was very old and looks not clean. Airco was very noisy.

Nicely decorated. I’m impressed with the Eiffel Tower Lego, and of course the kind and helpful staff. It would be better if we could have a window with a nice view plus fresh air.

The atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly. The location is very convenient. They have parking, too! Their breakfast buffet includes lots of delicious options. I think there should be good non-slip stickers on the tiles in the shower. The tiles get quite slippery when wet.

Near popular street and yet maintain a distance. Near the tourist spot and yet maintain a distance to acquire peace. A place for kids to play Lego to interact with other kids. Spacious space for breakfast. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Spacious room for three bedrooms When I first went into the room, it smells a bit damp. Keep aircon on to drive away damp smell. Not too heavy smell but having a sensitive nose, I can detect the dampness. In addition, toilet has no lock as it is glass door. Also thought it has tainted, you can still see the figure inside. Wish the glass door can be a normal door.

Lobby with LEGO bricks to play for the kids. Great location near train station. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff.

Amazing breakfast, kind staff which let me take all the time I needed even when I arrived at end of breakfast. Soundproofing could be better, I was in 9th floor room and woken up by loud bird sounds outside the small window and some hallway sounds.

Staff extremely helpful, free parking, great for kids (playroom + Legos in the lobby), good breakfast. Communations with the staff was a bit awkward, but they really did try to help with everything.

Location..50m away from the train station..easy access to night market and back Taipei..have quiet a fews nice restaurants near the hotel. Easy to navigate around the area, just 2 main street (front and back) Breakfast could have better as the variety is quite limited. Same for both days during our stay.
