location is good! Close by the food street, 5 mins walk away you will find a lot of good food! The staff members try to help. 1. WiFi is terrible, the first room we got keeps falling and doesn’t work even the staff member reset the router. They moved us to another room, we have the internet but it is very very slow, even at 1am. YouTube can’t load. 2. Booking said the hotel has free breakfast and free parking, but it’s not really the case, the breakfast location is 3 mins away with local breakfast restaurant, 永和豆浆大王。hotel gives a 70 TWD voucher, most likely you will need pay additional if you want to have a good meal. 永和豆浆大王’s food is great! I have no complaints about the food quality. About the free parking: it is not on site, it is public parking lot 5 mins away, the worst is the parking lot full easily, we waited more than 40 mins to find a spot. The hotel paid the parking. The hotel should let us know the real arrangement before we book it. So we will know what we expect to avoid disappointment. 3. The hotel has hot spring, but the bath tub is a smallest tub I ever saw. It may fit a toddler. If you want to use it you can only sit in the tub and the water level will below your waist.

Nothing fancy. Jiaoxi is a nice place to stay but chosen wrong accommodation. There is different well train management verse poor management.

this property was actually better than I had expected! ignoring the public areas which are in need of renovation, my room was clean, light and bed super comfortable! nice bath with hot spring water. excellent location, a few minutes walk from the bus and train station. hot spring baths next door and very short walk to many other hot spring options. I regretted that I could not stay longer. not an issue for me but a speciality of this hotel is to accept guests who have pets. if you have a fear of dogs, I would suggest staying elsewhere (or seeing if there is a non-pet floor) as you will likely run into people with a dog or two in the corridor or lift.
