The price doesn't match the value considering the hotspring cooking was broken during our stay.

The staff doesn't speak English almost at all. In the morning, the cleaning crew was lurking in the corridor out of the room, waiting for us to vacate it, probably in order to get it cleaned, long before check out time - it made us very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good but not enough western options. The door to the room has quite a gap which lead to lots of noise and light to get in.

hot springs experience! Location and having free parking was great! Wonderful to have fish foot spa and hot spring soaking area attached to the hotel. Rooms were a good size as well, especially the family room. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Good mix of Taiwanese and Western foods, though mostly Taiwanese.

Very clean and spacious and walking distance to convenience stores, food and amenities. It is only a 6 mins walk from the bus station and slightly nearer from the Jiaoxi train station. It is also great there is a 24 hour laundry just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was simple and almost the same everyday. Good for me and my kid. NA

The hot spring bath in the toilet was amazing! The hotel even offers vouchers for purchasing food to cook however it would have been better if the voucher is valid till the end of the stay as we missed the validity date. Coffee machine is also provided at level one. Hotel is just 10mins walk from Jiaoxi bus station and right next to jiaoxi shopping street. The pillows were too soft and the rooms were not sound proof. There were hairs on the bed and seems that there is some room for improvement for the housekeeping

Check in only after 4pm and checkout before 11am. More weird stuff is most facilities start at 2pm. Kind of not making sense

The hot spring. The bath tub was so huge that 3 people can fit in. Super small place that I can open my luggage. I had to place my luggage on my bed.

Nice hotel for a short trip to the area, cute activities do to at the hotel, ok breakfast, we booked a larger room and it was very comfortable. I didn't like that there was different floor level in the room, it looks nice but very dangerous at night when you try to go to the bathroom under a dim light.

The onsen in the room was very spacious, the location is also good and close to the hot springs and main street. We also enjoyed the fish pool and complementary hot drinks in the evening (coffee, tea). Being able to cook outside in the hot spring water was also a cool experience. Everything was great.
