Orient Luxury Hotel-Jiao Xi

As a foreigner, communicating with the staff at the reception was a bit of a challenge. They also didn't seem so comfortable with me there, so I cannot say that I felt 100% welcomed.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location and it has a wonderful hot spring spa. The breakfast was amazing, way above the average. We also liked the rooftop bar which serves nice cocktails and great food too.

I’m very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and always willing to help . The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made the stay relaxing and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. Nothing.

We stayed in a room with a balcony facing the mountain and it felt like an amazing oasis with our own private hot springs in the clouds. I could have stayed forever! It was so beautiful that we never went downstairs to try the larger facilities. The breakfast buffet both mornings was fantastic and the woman cooking was very helpful at explaining everything in English to my daughters. Further from the action of the public hot springs and food — maybe a negative for some but for us it was a plus as we felt like we had a peaceful refuge!

Great quiet spot away from the noisy streets. Loved the balcony hot spring facing the mountain and also very nice public hot spring snd swimming pool area. Beef soup for breakfast was very soothing. The staff at the changing room counter didn’t provide locker keys until we asked for it which was confusing. Breakfast area is a little small.

The hotel is located very near the mountain, 10-15 minutes walk from the bus station. If you walk it, you will pass by the forest bath which is absolutely beautiful. The hotel was really nice and clean, with tons of facilities, and the staff lovely. I would recommend to book a mountain view room, so you can use the hotspring bath with the sound of nature surrounding you, especially by night with no lights on. Last thing, I was nicely surprised with the breakfast which was better than any buffet breakfast I've ever had in Taiwan. I enjoyed everything, really... Maybe the surrounding around the hotel is a little bit down but nothing to do with the hotel itself!

Values for money. Breakfast buffet was good. The hotel quite new and spacious. Nice onsen inside the room suitable for parent who bring kids. Remember to bring swimsuits if plan to go outdoor swimming pool.

Staff at the restaurant was with attitude.

Fabulous hotel, loved the onsen in every room (and it’s separated from the actual sleeping area by a door), there also a moisture absorbing machine - the breakfast was fabulous and well balanced, the bed was very comfortable and the staff very polite.

Super cozy and modern room with some AI features, great outdoor spa, great service attitude from the staff, late breakfast until 13:30 so you can have it after checkout breakfast could have a bit more options

I loved everything about this hotel! We had a wonderful stay. What we especially appreciated was the fact that the delicious breakfast is available until 13:30, it’s so convenient. The only small thing I disliked was the noise during dinner at the hotel’s hotpot restaurant, but that was due to a specific large group of people.

Very professional and friendly staff, excellent breakfast, calming and relaxing hot springs, a private hot spring bath at our balcony with a magnificent view ( we stayed on 7th floor) was a bonus! The hotel provides a free bike rental and a free carpark, both very convenient for us. We did some shopping at their cosmetic minishop ( a herbal hand cream will remind me about this relaxing stay). Thank you for your hospitality!

We booked early through Booking.com with a free upgrade offer. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with free snacks and amenities. There was a large bath tub with hot spring water on the balcony (it was so large so took quite some while for the water to fill up (LOL)) Staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby is a bit small.

location was great, very quiet and great amenities. I booked four "double bed" rooms and when we checked in, the staff told us we were late checked in and all the double rooms were taken. I have already paid in full, why didn't the hotel save these double bed rooms for us. This is NOT acceptable. This did created some difficulties for few of my guests.
