We stayed for one night at Hua Ge Hot Spring Hotel and had an enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was firm, which suited our preference perfectly. Perhaps due to the off-peak season, we did not encounter any other guests during our stay, which made the experience feel especially peaceful and quiet. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, and we appreciated the effort put into its preparation. The eggs were freshly cooked to our preferred style upon request, and the stir-fried vegetables were also prepared on demand. The portions were generous and more than sufficient for the two of us. The hotel's location is another plus point. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Jiaoxi Bus Station and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and hot spring areas around Jiaoxi. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and grateful for the warm hospitality and friendliness of the hotel team, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. While some of the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear due to age, the hotel was overall well-maintained and clean. We did notice a slight rusty smell in the hot spring water or possibly the piping system, although it did not significantly affect our stay.

In-room onsen is good. Close to bus transport center. 8 mins walk to train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Deco is old. The shower is not strong enough. Hot water needs to wait for a while, unless you turn on the onsen water tap ahead.
