The jet on the hot spring tub outside the room just suddenly turned on and seemed to have a wiring issue.

Huge double room, large bathroom, the hot tub was amazing. Everything looked and smelled clean. They guided us through the room’s feature and the checkout was smooth. Private parking so getting around was super easy. Will return on my next trip to Taiwan!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yage Hot Springs House. The hotel and the grounds around it were beautiful and very peaceful. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You get your own private patio garden with a pool you can fill with either hot or cold natural mineral water. It was so relaxing to just sit and soak in the tub. The location is great - far enough from the center of town to feel peaceful but just a quick 10-15 min walk will take you to the center. There is a 7 eleven just 5 min away. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even arranged for our bags to be taken to the train station so we could spend our last morning walking around, and met us a little before our train with snacks! We definitely hope to be back soon!

The hotel had a single wifi network for all its guests, which was very unsecure. Use at your own peril.

This is a fantastic place. We liked it so much we extended our stay. Everything was very clean, the location is outside of the busy street but still close to everything. The area is quieter and good for sleeping. There are massage parlors nearby. And the most amazing thing is the outdoor spa bath. We wanted to live in it . The area is also good for hiking, in good weather. NA

Very friendly staff and helpful. The room is very spacious and kept clean. Free drinking water in the room. Outside private hotspring is covered so can be used even when it's raining. Inside large bathtub.

the facilities at this hotel, amazing. huge rooms, very large spa for hot spring bath and the room condition was immaculate. the location on the footstep of Jiaoxi was perfect too - very close but not too close. perfect sleep :)Yang was an amazing host :)

The staff is very friendly. The facilities are superb and clean. The room also very comfy and big. The bathroom with hotspring tub is also perfect. The picture posted are similar with the real one. The location is very near to Jiaoxi Bus Station but have to walk a bit to go to the downtown. The road also a bit steep , so if you don't mind, this won't be a problem.
