The idea of letting people try perfumes at the basement entrance and take home a scented plaster diffuser as a souvenir is excellent, and the 24-hour café is truly an outstanding facility. It’s a bit disappointing that there’s no pool or gym, and the hotel (entrance and reception is quite tiny ) room is smaller than expected.

The breakfast was amazing! There are different options for different days; it's a set meal. Rice is optional, there is coffee or tea available. There was also an afternoon tea time but really it's snacks but can be also treated like an early dinner option with the various choices! The room that we stayed in was amazing! The onsen on the bathroom itself was amazing! Everything was wonderful and amazing. It's near a convenience stores, there are restaurants near there and parks. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows. A little too soft. When you rest your head it just flattens it completely. When I woke up I'm the same level as the mattress. That's my only con. Everything else was wonderful!

The smell, the dampness, the breakfast - nothing was right :( The so called "onsen" was actually just a hole with granite, there was not even hair balm, nor body lotion :(

The location was great and there was free parking. The hotel has massage and spa facilities on the main floor. The wallpaper was peeling off, and the lights, and some counter surfaces were dusty. The spa staff need more training, not very polite nor professional.

Great location-right in the heart of Jiaoxi downtown. Good value, new facilities - a tub for hot spring inside the room. Breakfast and afternoon desserts provided. Good communication! I am really grateful that the staffs happily resolve some last-minute adjustment.

Japanese inspired accommodation about 5 mins walk from train station. The standard room is tiny, so choose a bigger room in the annex building. We upgraded to a 25m one with big outdoor tub, much nicer and spacious but price of 600NT for a nite was bit steep considering the minor price differential online. TV has movies and lots of channels. The breakfast room is spacious and clean. Checkin is 4pm.

The family suite room was spacious enough for 3 of us and the hot spring bathtub was just nice for a family of 3 like us. Many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel and very convenient. The breakfast options can be better/improved with different variety. Had been there for 3 days, almost all the same options of breakfast.

Room is super tiny, we don’t even have place to open our luggage. Not very clean, toilet quite smelly. Won’t visit again

It was good to have a private bath in our room. We also appreciated having breakfast and an afternoon snack provided. Property has been well used and is showing signs of wear. Rooms are small and very little counter space.

I would never return to this hotel. It is extremely overpriced for the poor quality provided. The rooms lacked basic amenities such as toothbrushes, combs, and razors—falling short of even minimal hotel standards. The included breakfast was terrible, undercooked, and refilled at a painfully slow pace. The air conditioning in the room was non-functional, and the walls were full of cracks. Additionally, the check-in process was excruciatingly slow, with significant delays in getting our rooms. This hotel feels more like a 2-star establishment that has been overly graded and priced far beyond its worth. Think twice before booking!
