Good location Close to Main Street but not on the Main Street Bathe room in the room is dated. Renovation is needed. Is the water in the room is from hot spring???

Second time staying here. Love the modern sleek decor of the room and the large private onsen in the room is a big plus. The hotel is located slightly away from the train station but still within easy reach and it is located on a quieter side off the main streets which is nice. Breakfast area was quite small and it gets extremely busy in the morning and you may have to wait a bit.

Really lovely stay - great breakfast, clean room with big personal hot spring bath and nice touch through a great breakfast, free tea snacks and laundry facilities. Well located in the small town. Room was a little small though and the shared indoor onsen wasn’t particularly clean…

The location is good and the hot spring is good Not clean enough and the design of the family suite is not practical to be point it could be dangerous. It is like a maze or obstacle course

Comfy bed, and the bathtub, and the staff Very noisy. You can hear the neighbours taking a shower or flushing the toilet. The water is really really loud, I did not sleep for almost an hour just after 4AM today.

The room was comfy but a bit small. The tub, however, was wonderful and very large. We enjoyed the communal hot spring and the other amenities. The breakfast was also nice. The location was perfect. The gym didn't open until 9 am.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Service was wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff. There were a range of treats from Odens on a cols Saturday winter. Experiences in rice roll and onigiri making. Even gave us an appreciation dish as we stayed more than three days. Rooms size was fine comfy for my son and me to room in. There was huge in-room spa.. really enjoyable. Location was good too. Definitely worth the stay.
