Hot springs are very good, but the hours too short. Which is only open 1700-2200 . Nothing in the morning or afternoon hours Only the hot springs. The beds are very clean and very comfortable

An old but down-to-Earth hot spring hotel. It has all the amenities you could need as it kept clean. The beds were big and comfy and we all slept well on them. The bedroom is on an elevated wooden platform which meant it was clean and OK for our baby to walk and crawl around on. The hot springs are big, spacious and very hot. The staff were especially friendly. It's also not far from the train station only taking 10~15 minutes to walk. It's also right by several restaurants and street stalls. It's also easy and close to some nice hiking routes. Some of the hot spring jet machines didn't work but not that big a deal. Also, not the hotels fault, but the nearby streets were filled with parked cars forcing us to walk in the middle of the road with cars and scooters whizzing by. Even though there are several almost empty car-parks nearby, it seems the car owners can't afford or are too lazy to use them so block the pavements. I hope the hotels could put pressure on the local police/council to enforce these laws so pedestrians can walk comfortably and enjoy the street vendors.

There were all of the facilities present. The SPA ws also included. The hotel is just besides a 7 eleven. So, there was no problem with food. The hotel has wooden floors which is something nice but you can hear foot steps from above if kids are jumping but it was still acceptable

The location is very convenient. Short distance to all the places. Certain facility running old. Need some renovation of it

Good location, nice personal. Was once a luxurious hotel. Everything was clean in the sence of daily cleaning. Very old fashioned, but that has its own charm. Fully functional spa with quite hot water. The building outside and inside need thorough deep cleaning. A lot of limescale and other stains that are no longer possible to remove with soft cleaning. Even though Spa area should be available till 10pm, they turned most of it off already at 9 pm.

Despite the building being old, the room we stayed in was clean. The bed was comfy. The staff was friendly. Location is great. Wifi didn't reach our room, and some facilities, including towels, might be upgraded. it's already too thin... We didn't get to visit the pool since we arrived late at night, and the pool only opens at 17:00 to 22:00..
