Pretty acceptable location, near popular hot spring and eating spots. Around 10mins walk from the train station. The lady manning the reception counter was really friendly and gave great recommendations of the town, very pleasant chatting with her. Thankfully, there were no major noises at night from other rooms/outside that will disturb your sleep. Similar to what other reviews said, the room had a weird smell. The room and especially the toilet was really old school in design, no renovation/revamp for a very long time. My partner had a slight rash on one side of the face after this (one) night stay which didn't happen at other accoms, so we believe might have been their pillow... Otherwise, bed was comfortable. Take note! No lifts in this hostel, we had to carry our luggage up 3 floors. For this price on Booking.com, I think there will be better choices of stay.

A lot of hot-spring nearby. Very close to convenience store and food vendors. One corner from mall. Has parking space right in front of the hotel. The room is quite big at a very good price. The room is clean but as it’s quite old, some of the item in the room is not that proper. No fridge in the room.

Location Unclean rooms, water pressure was too low, the room was not really clean, the windows were not properly closing so all the noise from outside could get in.... and the curtains could let the light come in... the worse is that we went for a few drinks and when we came back at around 3-4 am to the hotel, they have literally locked the hotel's room... so we stayed outside knocking hard and shouting until someone woke up and came to open the door for us...

The staff were friendly. Linen was clean, the bed was comfortable. Very close to amenities like a 7, train station, myriad of hot springs. The room smelt of smoke, which was off putting.
