The bed in the Japanese room is too small. The stair, which is in front of the toilet, beside the TV is dangerous.

Location was very close to the bus station which made it very convenient. The in room onsen bath was perfect. The bathroom was very spacious. We loved the big bed and the sitting area by the window bay. The rooftop outdoor onsen was very relaxing and calm. Yoga was fun. Room was a bit dusty at the door. Wished there was a more convenient water refill station

Had to get my paper parking ticket stamped everytime before I leave the hotel. Breakfast food is only so-so. Coffee sucks basically it has no expresso taste despite the fact that they claimed to be using Starbucks beans.

It was clean Very difficult to understand and communicate with the staff. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Put the duvet under which made it easier to sleep.

Travelled from Sydney, Australia. Loved the built in high quality Hot Springs in my room. Option to attend meditation class, yoga classes & hot stone treatment at this hotel. Bed in room very comfortable. There is also gym facilities and the staff are super polite. We also got a free shuttle bus to the train station. Highly recommend. Nothing.

The hot spring tub and views from the room are amazing. Pillows are too soft. I wish they can provide the options for firm pillows. The bathroom room door at the toilet is see through which it's inconvenient for family with kids.
