Loved everything about this place, especially the Osen bath in our hotel room. We planned to go to the outdoor onsen, but there was a lot of mosquito’s during this season so really glad we could have it right in the comfort of our room! Staff was professional and friendly, lots of activities and location was great! None.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Hot spring tub was deep and wide. They also provided daily teatime and supper snacks with movie which we love. Their game room and library was a hit with the kids! Staff were very professional and friendly. Location is great too! Nothing to dislike. Superb service and facilities.

The outdoor spa pool and the gaming room were awesome. Loved the spa tub in the room too. Breakfast was good with good coffee provided. The tofu pudding during tea time is fantastic too. Location wise a bit further from the main stretch but its a nice walk. Room is a bit small hence if you have bigger luggages you wont have much space.

It is clean and the quality of the amenities are good. Comes with carbonator water dispenser on one level. The hotel breakfast has quite good selection. It has a games room with arcade and games console. There are 2 buildings so if you are allocated in the 2nd building you will be exposed to weather elements during check in or check out. Property is in a quiet area so will have to walk 5-10 minutes to main street with shops. There is a family mart across the property, less than 50m.
