The spa is a bite old, some option should be repaired. The swimming pool is a bit cold. The view is amazing from the onsen on the roof top, but the wall is too high cannot enjoy from the pool. The breakfast, is not so bad, could be better for the price. The room, is a bit obscure, can enjoy the city view only from the bathroom.

There are bugs in the room. The workers walkie-talkie was very loud in the hallway.

I wished cleanliness could've been better, there were stains on the carpet in the hallways and stains on our room chair.

Location, parking, view checked in pretty later around 10pm, found there was small blood stain on the sheets, and outlet in the bathroom wasn't working for the hair dryer; water was not hot only luke warm; decided to call the front desk to quest to switch a room, took them 30 mins to make the decision to give us another room ( was an easy decision to make not sure why took so long), had to move all of our stuff close to midnight.

It is one of the larger hotel in the area and the room was comfortable for 1 night stay. Staff at the reception did not seem like they enjoy their work. Service was cold and it felt like we were bothering them. Wifi also got cut off at night and hence TV was unusable although it transpired the next day that the internet cut off was not due to the hotel's system (some external factors beyond hotel's control)

Kilin hotel is conveniently located in Jiaoxi, where there were multiple food options and convenience stalls nearby. The breakfast spread offered was also amazing, more than sufficient to start the day well. The provision of yakult was also very lovely to help woth digestion. All staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and helpful. We had to request for a change in bedsheets due to a little accident, and it was quickly addressed by the housekeeping team. The spa facilities at Kilin Hotel were also very enjoyable with two options available. Level 3 obe is more suitable for family with young children while the rooftop one offers great views. Overall, an enjoyable stay with Kilon Hotel NIL

It’s very clean and easy to get to from the train station It’s not very foreigner friendly. Staff speaks English a little but doesn’t explain the full amenities available. My room had a window that showed me another building and a lot of bird poop and mold. I wouldn’t open the window to air out the hot bath if I was there.

A fire alarm was triggered very early in the morning like 5am or so. Staff seemed to be very ill prepared to handle the false alarm. The entire buildings guests evacuated because no one could tell if it’s a false alarm or not. While the alarm is not the hotel’s fault but it gave my partner a panic attack. Wish they can identify the source of the alarm sooner and make an announcement to let guests know it was a false alarm.

The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, great view from the 14th floor. The rooftop had a hot bath which was very relaxing. The carpeting between the elevators and the rooms on the 14th floor were very dirty and in need of replacing. Also the windows overlooking the city just opposite the elevators on the 14th floor were dirty and the balcony outside needed cleaning. The staff at the front desk did not speak English very well.
