Hot spring brought directly to our huge bathtub The pillows and the bed blankets haven’t been washed even the sheets changed, we can smell the bodies odor collected through previous userssss, very disturbing throughout our sleep. We’ve to pay extras for having an additional pillow, this is a basic courtesy service for customer for every hotels I’ve been to. Quite shocking with how Prince Hotel does business!

There was a hot spring tub inside the room, which is a bonus, especially after a hike. The double bed was too soft for me.

Excellent location, less than 5 mins walk from train station. Big bath tube with certified true spring hot water. Spacious room. Clothes dryer is useful as Yilan rains a lot. Needs to tell the reception to clear the rubbish bin, change towel, add toilet paper and shower gel everyday. No cleaning on the floor and toilet. Hanging lamp on the bed side hurt my head.

The window room could not be opened, but also didn't shut properly. So it has a permanent gap.

Nothing. Basic room & basic stay Cleanliness. Painting on wall, tiles (floor) need to be cleaned or refurnished. Aircond abit noisy. Staffs on duty abit rude. No greetings, not so helpfull / impatience in answering questions

They offer a good bathing pool in each bathroom of rooms, so we can leisurely enjoy our time in the hot spring water, which is really nice! The sizes of the standard rooms are actually a bit small, so it’d be better to upgrade your rooms if you need a more comfortable space to stay!

Location is great, right in the centre of all the tourist attractions. Hot spring bath is great - big spacious stone bath. Pillows could have been a bit more firm. Toilet cannot flush down toilet paper, make sure to throw toilet paper into bin
