Very interesting building and an incredible garden. The villa features a fine dining experience but the restaurant was closed so we had to drive 7 mins to get dinner.

Excellent location if you're looking for a place that's quiet and surrounded by natural scenery. The villa consists of a few buildings (including a small art museum), each with their own beautiful contemporary design, and the buildings are surrounded by a lot of natural green space and a large garden. The whole place has a very artsy and meditative vibe, with many gorgeous art sculptures scattered throughout the villa grounds. The room we had was very cozy, spacious, and relaxing. Dining options are limited, but in a good way. The restaurant doesn't have a menu and may require a reservation, but the food is very delicious and the course is designed around local ingredients. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to stay someplace peaceful and surrounded by natural scenery!

Modern architecture, great breakfast, calm environment, great location to explore Yilan. it could be made more soundproof and some rooms would benefit from the addition of a sofa/lounge area.

I loved everything. Already planning when I can come back. Food, room, staff, THE ART and the dogs!! Excellent. Didn't like little kids watching their shows on phones and ipads at very loud volume at breakfast. ugh.
